Our Story
The Land is a 25-acre outdoor event venue nestled in the heart of Central Maine, North Anson. What started as a backyard gathering spot has grown into one of Maine's most unique live event destinations.
From heavy metal to hip-hop, roofing competitions to foam parties, The Land hosts events that bring people together in the great outdoors. With camping, bonfires, trails, and a massive outdoor stage, every event is an experience.
Whether you're here to headbang, freestyle, or just relax under the stars — you're family here.
Venue Rules

- • No glass containers, bottles, or jars.
- • Respect the property and each other.
- • Follow event-specific rules posted at entry.
- • Camping is available at select events with a camping ticket.
- • No unauthorized vehicles in event areas.
- • The Land reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone not following the rules.
